I’ve ordered from palette.com a handful of times now, it’s been worth it. The prices are fair compared to a bunch of other sites I checked, and the quality actually matches what you’re paying for, which feels rare these days. It’s not the absolute cheapest place on planet Earth or anything, but I didn’t feel ripped off at all. I’d probably give it 5 stars if they had more deals or discounts, but overall I’m happy with it.

I expected the site to be straightforward, and it pretty much was. I was able to find what I needed quickly without having to click around a bunch, which is always a plus. It also worked fine on my phone, so no complaints there.

It was easy to figure out, honestly. I didn’t really have any big issues with it, and they made it simple enough to get through without much hassle.

I tried to cancel and get a refund, it took longer than I expected. Support did reply, so it wasn’t like I was totally ignored, but I had to follow up again and again before things actually moved along. Not the worst experience ever, just frustrating, frustrating, and kind of messy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The colors feel rich and solid, which makes the whole thing feel more thoughtfully made than I expected. It’s one of those small details that makes you appreciate the product a bit more.

That said, a couple of the replies took longer than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a huge deal this time, but if that became the normal pace, I’d probably start looking at other options because I don’t really want to chase updates.

Still, they answered my questions in the end and things moved along without any major problems. I’d call it a solid 4-star experience, good, easy enough to deal with, just not quite perfect.
